Salons and stylists

Your chair,
booked solid.

Clients book at ten at night from the couch. If the only way to get in is calling during the hours you are standing behind the chair, you are losing appointments you will never even know about.

What a chair based business needs

Portfolio, booking,
and no empty slots.

Two things fill a chair. People seeing work they want done to them, and being able to book it the second they feel that. Everything else on a salon website is decoration.

So the portfolio comes first and it gets treated like a portfolio, not a gallery dump. Then booking that runs on your real availability, with deposits when you need them, and reminders that cut the no shows quietly costing you a chunk of every week.

And if there are several of you, the site handles that. Each stylist with their own page, their own work and their own calendar, so clients book the person they want.

Lindale, Texas is home base. The work is not. Every build runs the same whether you are ten minutes up the road or three time zones away.

01

A real portfolio

Your best work, organised by what it is, so somebody can find the look they want.

02

Booking around the clock

Real availability, real services, real time. Booked while you are asleep.

03

Deposits that stick

Card on file or a deposit up front, which is the only thing that reliably kills no shows.

04

A page per stylist

Own bio, own work, own calendar. Clients book a person, not a building.

05

Reminders that go out

Text and email confirmations and nudges, sent without anybody remembering.

06

Found by the right clients

Local search for the specific services you want more of, not just the shop name.

Questions people actually ask

About salon websites.

I already use a booking app. Do I need a website?
The booking app is a checkout, not a storefront. It will not rank on Google, it will not show your work the way you want, and it is not yours. The site is what gets found and then hands people to the booking.
Can it take deposits?
Yes, and for anything long or expensive it should. A card on file is the difference between a protected day and an empty two hours.
We have several stylists with different schedules.
That gets built in. Each person has their own page, services and availability, and clients book the individual rather than the shop.
How do I get more of the work I actually like doing?
Give it its own page and its own photos. The services you show and name are the ones that get searched for and requested.
